Q. Where did the "Cross Country" tab go? How can I search
for (e.g.) French holdings of German Telecomm
Issues?
A. While the actual "Tab" was removed, the functionality and primary report (Industry/Summary) were kept in V3.0.
From the Security Tab, using the "advanced search" feature you would select "Germany", and "Telecomm" under Security Screening, and "France" under Owner Screening. Simply click the Industry Summary Report to see the results.
In addition, you have the option of using all the Security/Owner screening criteria located on the Security tab to further refine your search.
Q. I cannot login to ShareWorld. My username and password is not working.
A. Please verify you are logging into the correct web address for ShareWorld 2.1: http://shareworld.tfsd.com/. If your problem persists, please call Client Services.
Why is historical information only available for 13F institutions?
A. The filing requirements for 13F institutions are the most frequent and regular (each quarter). All other owner types do not have to file as frequently.
